100% Tempranillo grape selected from the best vines from a vineyard of more than 60 years old. This vineyard is the home of a stone grape-press from the Middle Ages. (Centuries IX to XI)
Stainless steel tanks. Temperature controlled between 26-28º C. Barreling process takes approximately two weeks. The pumping process is done smoothly and daily.
Aged during approximately 24 months in French and American oak-wood. Rounded in bottle at least for one year.
Very exclusive wine; bright dark cherry colour. Intense and complex aromas of ripened fruits, mint and different spices. Powerful flavour enhancing great structure. Dense but friendly tannic acidity opening a whole sensation of fruit flavours. Rich, full bodied and long after-taste.
