75% Tempranillo, 15% Viura and 10% Garnacho.
After 24 hours of maceration together with the skins in order to extract their best aromas, the must is drawn off and clarified. It is then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. It rests in the tank and bottle until it is ready to be released onto the market.
A very bright cherry pink; An exhilarating fruit aroma, combined with flowery notes in the nose. Penetrating and fruity in the mouth, with an ideal balance of sweetness and acidity.
