100% Viura grapes from very old vineyards of very little production, situated in mountainside at 600-700 meters altitude, in claley-calcareous soil of little organic material content.
Handmade vinification, selecting the best bounches of grapes just at the time of its maduration. Temperature controlled fermentation at very low level.
Clean, bright, yellow colour with very pale golden shines. Complex and very elegant, predominating tropical fruits aromas. It is intense, gliceric and big in the mouth; very frutal with a good refreshing acidity which defines it as a Rioja White Wine par excellence.
As an aperitif and accompaning desserts.
