100% White Tempranillo produced from young vineyards, planted in this XXI Century, as we have recently recovered this forgotten varietal which complements our Tempranillo Red; our typical grape variety from this zone.
Handmade, rigorous selection of grapes picked in the best posible sanitary and ripening conditions which offers, year after year, new organoleptic features. The fermentation is made within its lees, with a temperature controlled between 10º and 12º C.
Clean, pale yellow, bright and transparent color with some greenish shines. High intensity nose, sharp scent remarking the peculiarities of this new varietal, combining white fruits aromas (pear, apple) and citrics with some floral notes at the background. Velvety in the mouth, very slightly sweet , equilibrated acidity well integrated and a long and nice varietal aftertaste which promises a very good potentital for the future.
