100% Malvasía Riojana produced from vineyards situated in the Sierra Cantabria mountainside, of 60 years old average.
Grape maceration and temperature controlled fermentation, between 12-14º C , within its own fine lees, in stainless steel.
Straw yellow with some green hues, complex nose, intense and very varietal with fresh hay aromas and some tropical hints. Very elegant and rounded in the mouth, long aftertaste, intense and at the same time, delicate with a very well equilibrated acidity and a little hint of bitterness at the end.
Fish, shellfish, white meats, rice and pasta.
