Blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo combined with a base of Viura from our own vineyards located in the Rioja Alavesa.
Each varietal is fermented independently, in stainless steel tanks, at low controlled temperature. After the raking of the must, it is grown within its fine lees until clarification is made. Lastly, the coupage is made over a base of Viura wine.
Pale yellow, full of shines and limpid. Strong in the nose, intense with a florish carácter given by the Chardonnay grapes, herbaceus tones from the Verdejo grape and a very delicated complexity provided by the Souvignon Blanc grapes. In the mouth is fresh, dry, good acidity, elegant, silky and a powerful end provided by the Viura.
