100% Viura grapes from very old vineyards of very little production, situated in the Sierra Cantabria mountainside in claley-calcareous soil.
Handmade vinification, selecting the best bounches of grapes just at the time of its maduration. Temperature controlled fermentation at very low level.
Clean, bright, yellow colour with very pale golden shines. Complex and very elegant, predominating tropical fruits aromas. It is intense, gliceric and big in the mouth; very frutal with a good refreshing acidity.
As an aperitif and accompaning white meats, fish and desserts.
