90% Tempranillo y 10% Viura from our own vineyards situated at La Rioja Alavesa, in clay-calcareous soil, planted in small fields and prunned with the “poda en vaso” system; the most traditional prunning style permiting an optimum fruit exposure to the sun.
Long and intense carbonic maceration. Temperature controlled fermentation.
Ruby red with some cherry tones and bluish and purplish shines making a great combination of fresh fruity aromas.
Great complexity in the mouth reminding matured fruits and spicy, superb acidity, well structured and very tasty tannins; very long and woody aftertaste.
Eggs, roasts, fish, red meats, cured cheese and all kind of desserts containing chocolate.
