TASTING NOTES
GRAPE VARIETY
A very special and unique wine elaborated with Tempranillo grapes in its two different varieties, white and red.
VINIFICATION
Maceration of both, Tempranillo white and red, together, in stainless steel tanks, until the fermentation is totally finished. Later, the must, obtained by gravity, without any mechanical pressure, is separed from the lees.
TASTING NOTE
Pink raspberry with golden colour in the rim and very bright intensity colour. Frutal nose, picota cherry, red fruits, with some floral notes in the backgrownd tipical from the Tempranillo variety. Very fresh taste, good acidity, long and elegant aftertaste.
ACCOMPANIMENT
Vegetables, salads and specially rice and pasta.
CONSUMPTION TEMPERATURE
Low temperature, between 6º to 10ª
